Four J’s and a Comic Episode 13 Pedro and Me

This week we talk about the emotionally powerful comic Pedro and Me by Judd Winick. The incredible true story of of how Judd came to be on MTV's The Real World and his touching friendship with AIDS activist and amazing human being Pedro Zamora. This one got us misty eyed towards the end. Skillfully told in Judd's distinctive artistic style, this comic is one that we all should read. Often overlooked, Waterfront Comic's own John Harter feels it's a powerful example of sequential art as a medium, much like Maus and Persepolis.
